Although the petitioner has prayed for a direction to the authorities under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, 2010 for expeditious disposal of Case No. 8 of 2011-12 but taking note of the nature of grievance, this Court reserves its opinion as to the maintainability of the case. Thus without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the issue pending before the statutory authorities under the Bihar Land Dispute Resolution Act, this Court does not feel persuaded to grant indulgence to the prayer herein.
