ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 28-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No. 330 of 2014 instituted for the offences under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna City. Considering that the Petitioner has been named in the dying declaration, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the Petitioner.

The prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected. The Petitioner is directed to immediately surrender before the Court below, failing which the Court below shall take stringent steps for ensuring arrest of the Petitioner.
