Petitioner is before this Court, claiming revision of pay in the 'Junior Selection Grade'. It is submitted that for considering the petitioner's claim, the Executive Engineer, Research and Training Division-2, Khagaul, Department of Water Resources, Patna (Respondent No. 5) had requisitioned some details from the petitioner in terms of letter dated 22-112022, as contained in Annexure- 5 to the writ petition, issued by the Executive Engineer-cum-Establishment In-charge of the Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the details with respect to all the eight (8) points raised in the said communication have been sent to the Respondent No. 5 by post on 23-01-2023; yet no decision has been taken. The submission is non-consideration of the petitioner's claim, in spite of requisite information and details, having been submitted by the petitioner.

Since the issue is pending consideration before Respondent No. 5, no adjudication is required in the instant writ proceedings.

The writ petition, therefore, need not be kept pending and is disposed of with direction to Respondent No. 5 to take a final decision on the petitioner's claim within three (3)
