Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Maniyari Police Station Case No.279 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376/511 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur.

The report of the learned trial judge dated 28.02.2019 would reveal that the trial is at the verge of conclusion.

Hence, I am not inclined to review the prayer against refusal of bail already passed on 27.03.2018, in the matter of the petitioner. Hence, application is dismissed for the present.
