2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 1023 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, Section 413 of the Indian Penal Code has also been added.

3. The petitioner is found to be dealing in the stolen motorcycles. The petitioner is in jail since 23.12.2022. Similarly situated co-accused Nitesh Kumar has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 06.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65477 of 2023.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19378 of 2024(2) dt.02-04-2024 2/2 of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Lakhisarai concerned court in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. Case No. 1023 of 2022.

5. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Sikandra Police Station on 1st Sunday of every month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

6. The petitioner will co-operate in trail of all the cases.
