The petitioners seek bail in Govindpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(A) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The petitioners were apprehended while carrying 50 liters of country made liquor of Mahua and for that the petitioners are in jail since 13.12.2016. The petitioners have already remained in jail for three months. Considering the facts aforesaid the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Govindpur P.S. Case No. 118 of 2016.
