The petitioner has filed the present writ application, challenging his transfer order dated 29.06.2018. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner belongs to District Cadre and as such he cannot be transferred outside the cadre i.e. outside the district. Considering the aforesaid, the writ application is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to examine the case of the petitioner afresh and if it is found that the petitioner's cadre is district cadre, he cannot be transferred
Patna High Court CWJC No.21865 of 2018(4) dt.15-06-2020 2/2 outside the district against his wishes.
Necessary decision as to the cadre of the petitioner shall be determined by the Director-in-Chief, Health Services within a maximum period of two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order and till then the petitioner shall not be disturbed in terms of order passed in I.A. No. 9646 of 2018, dated 22.01.2019.
With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
