Petitioner seeks bail in connection with (Darbhanga) Sadar (Mabbi O.P.) P.S. Case No. 511/2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 411, 307, 326/34 Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/27 and 35 of the Arms Act.

Taking note of this fact that petitioner was caught on the spot and as per prosecution case, looted money was recovered from his possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, prayer for bail of the petitioner stands
