2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hiramma P.S. Case No. 49 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363 and 366 (A) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl. The victim girl in her statement has said that she was in relationship with the petitioner and has left the house. The petitioner is in jail since 25.05.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,
