Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63586 of 2018. Petitioner happens to be the husband of the deceased and its a case of dowry death.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he is in custody for about 08 months and up till now trial has not initiated.

Heard learned APP also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of bail to the petitioner. However, learned court below is directed to expedite
