JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-12-2018 The learned senior counsel for the petitioners seek liberty to file a petition under Section 6E of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 for release of the truck and Balero Pick Up van in connection with E.C. Case No. 27/2018-19 pending before the Collector, Patna.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners, the present writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file an application under Section 6E of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 for release of the truck and Balero Pick Up van in connection with E.C. Case No. 27/2018-19 pending before the Collector, Patna and in case an application is filed within a period of one week from today, the same shall be disposed of within a period of two weeks thereafter by the learned Collector, Patna.
