3. Petitioner's counsel is hereby directed to serve copy of the petition to the State Counsel.

In the instant petition, petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- " (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus for giving direction to the respondents concerned to make permanent appointment of petitioner as Revenue Staff.

Patna High Court CWJC No.7227 of 2021 dt.09-02-2022 2/3 (ii) For issuance of writ in the nature of direction to settle the claim/wages of the petitioner against the services rendered by the petitioner to the respondent authorities, as the respondent authorities even after obtaining the services of the petitioner, kept the dues of the petitioner pending without assigning any reason.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ or direction for which the petitioner is found entitled to."

In support of aforesaid relief, petitioner is stated to have submitted representation vide Annexure 2 to the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.

In the light of these facts and circumstances, the District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra is hereby directed to examine service particulars of the petitioner read with the policy decision of the State Government in respect of regularization, in the light of Apex Court's decision in the case of Secy., State of Karnataka V. Uma Devi reported in (2006)4 SCC Page I passed in CWJC No. 16 of 2021 read with full bench decision of this Court in the case of Ram Sevak Yadav & Another Vs. The State of Bihar & Others reported in 2013 (1) PLJR 964 passed in CWJC No. 267 & 472 of 2010 and proceed to pass order as to whether petitioner is entitled for regularization or not? If he is entitled, order of regularization shall be passed

Patna High Court CWJC No.7227 of 2021 dt.09-02-2022 3/3 within a period of four months from the date of the receipt of this order.

With the above observation, in the instant petition stands disposed of.
