JUSTICE HEMANT GUPTA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 02-03-2016 The petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to submit report of the enquiry conducted by the C.I.D., Bihar in the matter of Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case no. 102 of 1996 giving rise to Sessions Trial No. 506 of 2007 pending in the court of the learned Additional Sessions Judge IV, Begusarai.
Once the matter is pending before the court, the grievance has to be raised before the court concerned as to whether there was any inquiry conducted or the result thereof. It may be matter of defence for the petitioner. No direction can be given by this
Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.144 of 2016 dt.02-03-2016 Court to produce such report.
I do not find any merit in this writ application. It is, accordingly, dismissed.
