JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2019 The petitioner by way of present writ petition has sought to challenge the order of suspension dated 01.08.2018 passed by the District Education Officer, Jehanabad. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither the subsistence allowance is being paid to the petitioner nor the departmental proceeding is being proceeded with and the petitioner has been left to fend for himself. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the disciplinary authority to complete the

It is further directed that the outstanding amount of subsistence allowance be paid within a period of one week from today, positively.
