Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 302, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Specific allegation in the FIR is against petitioner-Ramu Paswan, to have assaulted with iron rod causing injury at the head of the husband of the informant, as a result whereof, he died. The Doctor has found single injury which was fracture of left side of frontal and parietal bone and bleeding inside skull cavity was also noticed which was cause of death.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11674 of 2019(3) dt.06-05-2019 2/2 Considering the nature of allegation against petitioner-Ramu Paswan, I am not inclined to enlarge him on bail for the present. Hence, prayer is refused. The learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.

Let petitioner-Deeplal Paswan, who allegedly assaulted with Lathi without mention of any part of body where caused injury, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Majhauliya Police Station Case No.381 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
