The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Supply Appeal, filed by the petitioner bearing Supply Appeal No. 09 of 2019, is pending adjudication before the Collector, Saran, hence he be directed to dispose off the same. The learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the pending appeal would definitely be disposed off within a stipulated time frame.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present writ

Patna High Court CWJC No.4070 of 2020(2) dt.28-02-2020 2/2 petition with a direction to the Collector, Saran to dispose off the pending Supply Appeal No. 09 of 2019 within a period of 60 days of receipt/production of a copy of this order, by a reasoned and speaking order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
