2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the informant.

3. This is an application under Section 482 of the CrPC for quashing the order dated 10.10.2017 passed by the A.C.J.M.-I, Udakishunganj in Complaint Case No. 29 of 2017 by which the learned A.C.J.M. has taken cognizance against the petitioner under Sections 406 of the I.P.C.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11861 of 2022(3) dt.14-09-2023 2/2 informant that despite the assurance as mentioned in order dated 01.12.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60639 of 2021, which was subsequently extended by the order dated 18.05.2023, by this Court in the present case, but the petitioner failed to comply with the order of the Court.

5. I do not find substance in the present criminal miscellaneous petition. Accordingly, it is dismissed.

6. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
