2. Counsel for the petitioner has made limited prayer that the respondents be directed to pass a final order in accordance with the Bihar Saw Mills (Regulation) Act, 1990.
3. The petitioner's petition dated 12.02.2016 is said to have been received in the office of respondent No. 3 on 13.02.2016.
4. In view of such situation, no further orders need be passed in the instant writ petition.

The respondent No. 3 would be obliged to take a final decision on the petitioner's petition dated 12.02.2016 which is Annexure 9 to the Interlocutory Application No. 1839 of 2016 in the instant writ petition in accordance with law within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
6. The writ petition is disposed off.
