JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 01-05-2019 Petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Belthar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2016, corresponding to G.R.No. 3041 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping of daughter of the informant.

It has been pointed out by learned counsel for the informant that petitioner has already been declared absconder and charge sheet has been submitted, showing him as an absconder and copy of the charge sheet has been produced in Court, which is kept on the record.

Heard both sides.
