Hasena Khatoon), disposed on 24.06.2023, this Court had passed an order that Miscellaneous Appeal is not maintainable in respect of order passed under Section 125 Cr. P.C. The petitioner has a remedy in filing Criminal Revision.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of

Patna High Court MA No.76 of 2023(5) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 as not maintainable reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke Criminal Revision.

3. Registry is hereby directed to return the certified copy produced by the petitioner to enable him to file Criminal Revision.
