JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 05-02-2015 Learned counsel AC to SC 10 appearing on behalf of the State submits that in compliance of the direction of order under contempt, the opposite party no.2 Director, Higher Education, Government of Bihar, Patna has decided the representation of the petitioner, as contained in Memo No. 584 dated 26.12.2012, Annexure-4 to the application and the same has also been communicated to the petitioner. As such, the order under contempt has already been complied by the opposite party.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, further there is no need to proceed with the contempt application. Accordingly, this application is disposed of.

However, if petitioner is aggrieved by the order, he may take remedy in accordance with law.
