JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 31-01-2019 It is submitted by counsel for the petitioner that he has submitted his representation claiming 6th Pay Revision. Though representation has been filed on 14.03.2015, no action has been taken till date by the Block Development Officer, Kudhani, Muzaffarpur, respondent no. 3.

Petitioner's counsel submits that now he is retired. In the changed circumstances, he would be making his claim by a comprehensive representation before the respondent no. 2. In the event, such an application is filed within four weeks from today, the respondent no. 2 would be obliged to consider the same and dispose it off by a reasoned and speaking order within eight weeks and the admissible dues if found, may be paid within a month thereafter.

Writ petition is disposed off.
