The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 420 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant alleged that he took Rs. 26,000/- from Shobhan Sahni, the petitioner no. 1, at the time of marriage of his daughter but he could not return the money. Shobhan Sahni cut Seesam trees of the complainant. Later on, he also obtained the signature of the complainant and filed a money suit. It is submitted that the petitioners obtained the signature of the complainant fraudulently.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.14262 of 2015 (2) dt.08-05-2015 2/2 below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Sikrahana at Motihari, East Champaran in Trial No. 2388 of 2014, arising out of Complaint Case No. 544 of 2010, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
