The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 379, 411, 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that only on the disclosure made by co-accused Chandeshwar Mukhiya, these petitioners have been made accused. It is further submitted that no incriminating article / stolen article has been recovered from the possession of these petitioners.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11420 of 2022(3) dt.22-08-2022 2/2 arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah Muffasil P.S. Case No. 102 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
