Counsel for the petitioner with reference to Annexure7 would submit that the petitioner is entitled to travelling allowance in terms of resolution dated 15.2.2018. The petitioner is physically challenged and the benefit is available to such physically challenged.

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner in terms of Annexure-7 for grant of travelling

Patna High Court CWJC No.21772 of 2018(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 allowance and pass appropriate order on the claim of the petitioner at the earliest, preferably within a period of sixty days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. So far other relief is concerned, the petitioner may file exhaustive representation addressed to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Aurangabad who shall address the grievance of the petitioner by reason and speaking order within the time of sixty days.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
