(ii) For grant of any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the eye of law."

2. Prima-facie, the petitioner's grievance is premature, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.2998 of 2023 dt.21-03-2023 2/2 other words, on speculation, the petitioner has presented this petition on the presumption that his tender application is likely to be rejected with reference to earlier order of blacklisting him. It is submitted that earlier order of blacklisting is for a period of 3 years and it has already elapsed.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present writ petition is premature. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to file petition as and when cause of action accrued to petitioner. (P. B.
