2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 87 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the victim is a married lady. She has alleged that the petitioner had established physical relationship with her on the pretext of marriage and thereafter the petitioner is not ready to marry her.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that a married lady cannot claim that she

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. I have considered the submissions of the parties and have gone through the records of the case. From the records , it appears to be a relationship between two consenting adults, and when the relationship turned sour, the present FIR was filed.
7. In view of the above, the application is allowed.
8. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Kumarkhand P.S. Case No. 161 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
