JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner being the father of the husband of the victim is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfilment of the dowry demand by putting her on fire.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that since the informant has not supported the accusation, the husband of the victim has been acquitted.

Since the case was registered in the year 2010, this Court is not inclined to interfere.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner if he surrenders within a period of six

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8260 of 2015 (4) dt.02-04-2015 2/2 weeks in connection with Nayagaown P.S. Case No. 31 of 2010 pending in the court of learned JM, 1st Class, Begusarai. Accordingly, the application is disposed of.
