This is an application for grant of regular bail to the petitioner who is accused in K.Nagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2012 (S.G.R. Case No. 1193/12) for offences under Sections 365, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

In para-3 of the petition the petitioner has stated that he has no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 21.12.2015. In this case co-accused Prakash Das has been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 32667 of 2012 on 16.1.2013 and coaccused Bishwajeet Das in Cr. Misc. No. 39050 of 2013 on 5.3.2014.

From Annexure-2 at page 11 of the petition, it

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11928 of 2017 (5) dt.29-05-2017 2/2 appears that a compromise petition has been filed on behalf of both the parties.

In the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with S.G.R. Case No. 1193/12 (arising out of K. Nagar P.S. Case No. 136 of 2012), subject to the condition that he will extend all co-operation in the case and will not, in any manner, influence the witnesses or the evidence.
