JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice, firstly vide order dated 18.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22738 of 2018 and secondly vide order dated 06.11.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 65255 of 2018 Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of committing gang rape of the informant. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that other co-accused person has been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 30.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 69131 of 2018 and vide order dated 21.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 61282 of 2017. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
