The petitioner wants a case under Sections 376, 420 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act to be quashed at the stage of cognizance by believing his defence, this is not permissible in law, therefore, this application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at the stage of framing of charge.
