2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 146/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 328/302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is accused of killing the deceased. The petitioner was in relationship with Supriya Kumari who is the sister-in-law of the deceased. Sulphas has been recovered from the place where the deadbody of the deceased was found. The petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2024.

4. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 6th, Vaishali at
