Petitioner no.1 Ram Pukar Yadav has surrendered and was allowed bail by the court below. Hence his prayer for anticipatory bail is dismissed as infructuous. Heard the parties.

The petitioner Hiranandan Yadav is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 379, 504 and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner Hiranandan Yadav @ Hira Yadav allegedly caused injury at the forehead.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.22791 of 2021(2) dt.30-11-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is case and counter case. Both sides have sustained injury. The doctor has found simple injury. No bony injury was noticed by the doctor.

Since the petitioner Hiranandan Yadav had knowledge that his act might cause death, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner Hiranandan Yadav on anticipatory bail in connection with Biraul P.S. Case No. 266 of 2020.

Hence, prayer is refused.

Petitioner Hiranandan Yadav may surrender and pray for regular bail.
