1. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 14.11.2024, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 74671 of 2024, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of the order.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to communication gap the petitioner could not understand

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11970 of 2025(2) dt.21-02-2025 2/2 the procedure ought to be performed after grant of bail, accordingly, he prays for further two weeks' time to surrender before the Court below.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below by order, dated 14.11.2024, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 74671 of 2024, be extended by further four weeks from today.

5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 2,000/- in the account of District Legal Services Authority, Gaya.
