The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016 registered under Section 30 (G) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016. Allegation in brief is that the petitioner was going on motor cycle and 370 and 320 pouches of illicit country made liquor, containing 200 ml., were recovered from the motor cycle Nos. BR27D/2950 and BR 21B 5822.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no any criminal antecedent of the petitioner and he has been in custody in this case since 27.10.2016 and the investigation has been completed in this case.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9244 of 2017 (3) dt.15-03-2017 Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Indradeo Pal, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Roh P.S. Case No. 72 of 2016.
