This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Rajauli P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.

Considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Act-2, Nawada, in connection with Rajauli P.S. Case No. 302 of 2019.

This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12503 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 shall mark his attendance in Rajauli Police Station, DistrictNawada, on first Sunday of every month during the course of the pendency of the case. In default in making his attendance in the aforesaid Police Station, will result into cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
