Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.469 of 2016, registered under Sections 302/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in brief is that the informant suspected that his son was killed by his son-in-law, Sunil Gond and one Santosh Kumar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. He is not concerned with Sunil Gond and except the name of the petitioner disclosed in confessional statement of Sunil Gond and Santosh Sah that this petitioner was also present there, there is no material against him and the

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Suman Sahani is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No.469 of 2016.
