Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

A stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 06.09.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that recovery is not from conscious possession of the petitioner, rather from the house of the petitioner where several motorcycles were parked. Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the
