Petitioners being parents of the husband of the informant are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 341, 498A, 504, 34 of the I.P.C.

The basic accusation is torture for nonfulfilment of dowry demand. Considering the thrust of accusation against the husband of the informant, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8226 of 2015 (2) dt.26-02-2015 2/2 connection with Nawada Sadar Mahila P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
