JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition is squarely covered by a judgment dated 16.08.2017 passed in L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015 (The State of Bihar & ors. vs. Ram Ashis Tiwari & Anr.).

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondent no. 5 shall examine the case of the petitioners and take a final decision.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the present case, the present writ petition is disposed off in terms of

Patna High Court CWJC No.4175 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 the aforesaid judgment dated 16.08.2017 with a direction to the respondent no. 5 to grant similar relief to the petitioners herein within a period of twelve weeks from today, in case the case of the petitioners is found to be similar to that of the respondents of the aforesaid Appeal bearing L.P.A. No. 756 of 2015.
