The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 341, 323, 504, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/ 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The basic accusation is of torture and making assault due to non-fulfillment of dowry demand. A supplementary affidavit has been brought on record on behalf of the petitioner to suggest that the matter between the parties has been compromised and

The compromise petition has been annexed as Annexure-1 to the supplementary affidavit. Considering the fact that matter has been compromised between the parties and they are living together as husband and wife, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif in connection with Mahila (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 101 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
