This is an application for grant of regular bail filed on behalf of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Sakara PS Case No. 448 of 2017 for the alleged offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner was surfaced on the confessional statement of Ramu Sahani. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2017.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for nearly 14 months, this application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10844 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 13th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakara PS Case No. 448 of 2017.
