2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a), 41 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per F.I.R., 102 liters of country-made liquor has been recovered from a Glamour motorcycle and it is alleged that one Splendor motorcycle was also parked near the place of occurrence.

4. Petitioner is alleged to be owner of aforesaid Splendor motorcycle, from which, no incriminating article has been recovered. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent of similar nature.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Exclusive Special Excise Court No. 1, Nawada in connection with Sirdalla P.S. Case No. 395 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of B.N.S.S., 2023. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
