2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) for directing the respondent no. 3 the District Magistrate-cum-collector, Gaya to dispose of the Forest Confiscation Appeal no. 02 of 2025 which was filed by the petitioner on 25.032025 against the order dated 22.02.2025 passed by respondent no. 4 the D.F.O. Gaya in confiscation case no. 115 of 2024 in connection with tractor with plough instrument bearing registration no.

Patna High Court CWJC No.3837 of 2026(3) dt.31-07-2026 2/2 BR02GC-7958 belonging to the petitioner which is pending and uptill now has not been disposed of;

(ii) fpr direct the respondent no. 3 to release the vehicle Tractor bearing Reg. No.

BR02GC-7958 with plough instrument during pendency of Forest Case No.

123/2024 before the court of ACJM Sherghati, Gaya;

(iii) any other relief or reliefs for which petitioner is entitled in the eye of law may be given to him.

3. On 30.03.2026, three weeks' time was granted to remove the defect(s) and the order was peremptory.

4. As the same was not complied, it stood dismissed on 20.04.2026.
