In the background of the fact that remaining two accused namely, Tinku Prasad and Ranjit Prasad, who were arrested at the spot, have already been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench under Cr. Misc. No. 65292/2019, 75795/2019 respectively.

Consequent thereupon, petitioner Pintu Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, POCSO, Patna, in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 364/2019.
