Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Thawe P.S. Case No. 107 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court and a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide orders dated 03.09.2021 and 07.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 36149 of 2021 and 19542 of 2021. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
