The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 419, 420, 120B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that when the payment advice of the panchyat teachers was being prepared it was found that the petitioner along with others on the basis of forged certificate of BETET got appointed as panchayat teacher.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner joined the post on 28.10.2013 but as soon as she came to know about the forgery she resigned on 31.05.2014 and has not received any payment. A statement has been made in para 9 of the petition to that effect.

No.14371 of 2015 (2) dt.07-04-2015 2/2 Considering the facts that the petitioner claims to have not received any payment, resigned from service and petitioner being unmarried girl, let her be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in connection with Alamnagar P.S. Case No.111 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
