No. 1363 of 2016 to the extent that it may be deleted from the order that petitioner is still ready to keep the informant and for extending the period of surrender by two weeks as that said submission was wrongly made.

It appears from the record that on the submissions of the counsel for the petitioner that 'petitioner is still ready to keep the informant' it was recorded in the order dated 11.01.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1363 of 2016. Hence, this Court is not inclined to consider the modification.
