Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been implicated in the present case merely on suspicion. Petitioner has no concern with the recovered articles. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 24.02.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19782 of 2017 (2) dt.03-05-2017 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Mejorganj P.S. Case No. 63 of 2017.
