1. Heard Mr. Brij Bihari Tiwary, learned Amicus Curiae for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 07.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.47972 of 2022, arising out of Majhauliya P.S. Case No.227 of 2022, G.R. No.1295 of 2022.

After some argument, Mr. Brij Bihari Tiwary, learned Amicus Curiae for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall also cooperate before the learned Trial Court for early disposal of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20500 of 2024(3) dt.11-12-2025 2/2 trial in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.227 of 2022, G.R. No.1295 of 2022.
4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission of learned Amicus Curiae for the petitioner, the present Cr. Misc. Application stands disposed of with direction to the learned Trial Court to take steps for early disposal of the trial in connection with Majhauliya P.S. Case No.227 of 2022, G.R. No.1295 of 2022.
